Locations of Service:

The main office of the Carolina Center is located in the “Blue Ridge Plaza” one block from the intersection of Blue Ridge Road and Lake Boone Trail in west Raleigh near Rex Hospital. Also within walking distance of the North Carolina Museum of Art, we are just few minutes’ drive from the intersection of Wade Avenue and Blue Ridge Road and less than 5 minutes from Whole Foods on Wade Avenue. 

Our Raleigh Office is a full service facility offering a variety of treatment modalities including intravenous nutrient and chelation therapies, colon hydrotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy as well as our supplement store, Total Health Nutrition Center.  We also offer breast thermography through Carolina Thermascan. 

Since 2007, Dr. Pittman has traveled to Greenville, NC once a month to see patients from Eastern North Carolina.  Patients are seen there in the office of Dr. Brian Keen at Advanced Health and Physical Medicine, 504-C Red Banks Road.  Patients are typically seen there every six weeks.  Services in Greenville are limited Established and New Patient office visits.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:

In case of snow or other potentially hazardous situations, the Carolina Center will follow the plan announced by the Wake County school system (or the Pitt County system if this is a day scheduled in Greenville).  If schools are closed or delayed, the Carolina Center will also be closed or delayed.  Exceptions to this plan include events where there is predicted inclement weather and the schools proactively close, but no bad weather occurs, in which case we will be open.  If bad weather is predicted with enough advanced notice, we will be in touch with patients to reschedule their appointments.
