Locations of Service:

The main office of the Carolina Center is located in the “Blue Ridge Plaza” one block from the intersection of Blue Ridge Road and Lake Boone Trail in west Raleigh near UNC-Rex HealthCare. Also within walking distance of the North Carolina Museum of Art, we are just few minutes’ drive from the intersection of Wade Avenue and Blue Ridge Road and less than 5 minutes from Whole Foods on Wade Avenue.

Our Raleigh Office is a full service facility offering a variety of treatment modalities including intravenous nutrient and chelation and other detoxification therapies, colon hydrotherapy, meridian stress assessment testing, immune reconstitution therapies, hyperbaric oxygen therapy as well as our supplement store, Total Health Nutrition Center.  We also offer breast thermography through Carolina Thermascan.

Since 2014, Dr. Pittman has traveled to Wilmington, NC approximately every six weeks to see patients from the southern coast and northeastern South Carolina.  Patients are seen in the office at ChiroCynergy, courtesy of Dr. Matthew Bradshaw and Dr. Hilary Rutledge.  Services available in this location include New and Established Patient office visits, Meridian Stress Assessment testing with select office visits and at other times on a weekly basis, and IV therapies every two weeks.  We anticipate adding colon hydrotherapy in the new future.

In case of snow or other potentially hazardous situations, the Carolina Center will follow the plan announced by the Wake County school system (or the Pitt County system if this is a day scheduled in Greenville or New Hanover County system if this is a day scheduled in Wilmington).  If schools are closed or delayed, the Carolina Center will also be closed or delayed.  Exceptions to this plan include events where there is predicted inclement weather and the schools proactively close, but no bad weather occurs, in which case we will be open.  If bad weather is predicted with enough advanced notice, we will be in touch with patients to reschedule their appointments.
